Keyloop’s Challenge

Keyloop faced a mission-critical challenge that was holding back growth and customer satisfaction.

Their aftersales operations relied on a manual, inefficient process for scheduling technicians. Workshop administrators were building daily schedules from scratch (without automation) despite a constantly shifting set of variables like job types, technician skills, and bay availability. This inefficiency impacted customer experience and left significant revenue on the table.

The Solution: AI-Powered Scheduling for Service Hub

Tribe partnered with Keyloop to build an intelligent scheduling engine for Service Hub, a new product aimed at modernizing the aftersales experience. The system uses real-world constraints like technician skills and job priority to generate optimized daily schedules automatically. Instead of starting with a blank sheet each morning, advisors now begin with a data-informed plan they can fine-tune. This shift enables higher technician utilization, faster throughput, and improved customer satisfaction.

How It Works

The result is a high-efficiency workshop schedule that’s ready each morning, dramatically reducing administrative burden while improving throughput and job prioritization. Workshop administrators no longer start from scratch. Instead, they begin with a data-informed schedule they can fine-tune.

As Adrian put it, “It’s a moment in time. If we don’t do it, someone else will.” Keyloop is doubling down on innovation, confident that they have the right foundation (and the right partner) to lead.
