As Ataccama accelerated its use of AI, the company found maintaining leveraging quality data at scale challenging. Department-level experiments and ad hoc automation created efficiency wins but fragmented the company’s trusted data foundation.

The cost was tangible:

  • 180 person-days per year lost to manual RFP responses
  • 80-150 hours per deal spent on repetitive sales prep

Information scattered across Slack, Notion, Jira, and Google Drive, combined with ungoverned tool adoption, risked eroding the reliability of internal knowledge, the same reliability Ataccama’s platform ensures for its customers.

The Solution: AI Acceleration Framework

To scale AI responsibly, Ataccama partnered with Tribe to operationalize data trust inside its own business. Together they built an AI Acceleration Framework grounded in the same principles that power the Ataccama ONE platform: governance, observability, and data quality.

The framework identified high-impact opportunities to automate repetitive work while preserving oversight and reliability, including:

  • Automated RFP responses and content generation built on governed internal data
  • Level 1 support triage using classification and enrichment models trained on trusted data sources.
  • An AI Program Office to centralize governance, track ROI, and ensure consistent, compliant deployment of AI across teams

This resulted in a scalable model for embedding AI in daily workflows, without compromising data integrity or transparency.

The Solution: The AI Trust Layer

In parallel, Ataccama extended its data trust foundation outward, bringing its unified platform into the AI ecosystem.

Through an enterprise-grade Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, Ataccama transformed Ataccama ONE Agent’s 14+ capabilities into AI-ready, governed services. This innovation made the company’s deep intelligence, including data quality scores, lineage graphs, and glossary terms, accessible to any AI assistant with enterprise-grade authentication, observability, and scalability.

In doing so, Ataccama created the industry’s first cross-platform AI Trust Layer, enabling AI assistants across Power BI, Claude Desktop, Snowflake Cortex, and developer IDEs to query trusted enterprise data directly.

Customers have validated this vision, requesting lineage and data-quality signals within their copilots to ensure that AI outputs are accurate, explainable, and compliant.
