Tribe 2025 Wrapped: The Inflection Point We’ve Been Building Toward

The Inflection Point We’ve Been Building Toward

We just closed our biggest year to date. Tribe is capitalizing on a once-in-a-generation moment in enterprise AI and moving into the next phase of the business.

The business grew more than 3× year over year, with enterprise growth accelerating even faster.

Over the course of the year, Tribe became entirely enterprise-led. Our target customer is now organizations doing over $1B in annual revenue — a shift that fundamentally changed both the scope of what we’re trusted to build and the impact that work can have.

As we moved upmarket, engagements became longer-term and more strategic. AI systems that once lived on the edges of organizations moved into core workflows, where they now drive meaningful operational and financial outcomes.

To meet that demand, the team scaled , adding senior talent and building dedicated forward-deployed AI product and engineering teams. Many of these engineers and product leaders converted directly from the Tribe network. We also strengthened leadership through a combination of experienced external hires and internal promotions.

Why Now

What changed in 2025 was accountability. CFOs are demanding returns. Enterprises are allocating real budgets and becoming far more discerning about who they trust to deliver outcomes. At the same time, confidence in traditional consulting and systems-integration approaches has eroded. Many organizations learned that transformation cannot be delegated to teams still learning how the technology works — internally or externally.

The market has shifted toward specialists who can execute quickly and deliver results in production.

Looking Ahead

Enterprise AI is exiting its exploratory phase and Tribe is built for exactly this moment.

What we’re doing is working. As we look ahead it’s about scale and building with AI at the core of everything we do at Tribe to continue to compound the value we can create for our partners, customers and enterprise AI adoption overall.
