As Tribe's Technical Storyteller, you'll own the content engine that makes us impossible to ignore. You'll take the hard-won insights from our engineers, consultants, client engagements, and partner relationships — things no one else has access to — and turn them into content that practitioners forward to their teams and executives print out for board decks.
This role treats content like a product. You continuously ship, measure, and iterate. That means thinking in systems like an engineer, building audience trust like DevRel, and driving pipeline like a marketer. You cut through the noise for an enterprise audience that is being flooded.
You'll have budget, creative freedom, and a direct line to leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and own Tribe's technical content engine — LinkedIn, newsletters, video, long-form, workshops, and formats we haven't invented yet. You decide what gets built and why.
- Run high-velocity content experiments across channels and formats. Treat every post, thread, and campaign as a data point. Kill fast, scale what works.
- Translate Tribe's real delivery work — evals frameworks, customer deployments, internal AI usage, and enterprise AI adoption patterns — into narratives that resonate with engineers and executives alike.
- Mine unique insights from Tribe's engagements, partners, and internal team that the market can't replicate. Our access is the unfair advantage; your job is to surface it.
- Automate the content discovery, research, and distribution pipeline using AI tools — repurposing formats, resurfacing evergreen insights, and ensuring nothing good goes to waste.
- Connect content activity to commercial outcomes — awareness, partnership alignment, and marketing-sourced pipeline.
About You
- Enterprise experience: You understand what makes enterprise tick and the gap between Tech Twitter and an enterprise audience. You've written for people with 11 tabs open and 4 minutes to decide if something is worth reading.
- AI experience: You've built things with AI or worked deep in a technical environment. You don't need a ghostwriter to explain how evals work or why a deployment failed.
- A storyteller with a high bar: You're highly opinionated about content. You know the difference between content that informs and content that actually changes how people think. You've produced the latter.
- Entrepreneurially wired: You treat content like a business. You track what works, run your own experiments, and move without waiting for permission or a creative brief.
- Obsessively curious and learning-oriented: You research strange content marketing approaches, try them, and tell people what happened. You find the weird edge before everyone else does.
- High-agency and self-directed: You create structure in ambiguous environments and move quickly from idea to execution.
- Comfortable being on the hook: You want ownership and results drive you.

- Track record building a technical audience — a newsletter, social following, course, or body of work that engineers actually read
- Experience in developer relations, technical education, or independent course creation
- Hands-on experience with AI automation tooling to build content workflows
- Experience running and optimizing content distribution
