About Tribe AI

At Tribe, we help enterprises build and deploy production AI systems that deliver real business impact. We're an AI-native services company with deep partnerships with leading AI labs, giving us rare visibility into the most advanced models and enterprise deployment patterns in the world.

Every engagement we run generates insights no one else has access to. Your job is to capture those insights, package them into assets that move deals forward, and make sure our partners have everything they need to position us as their go-to implementation team.

About the Role

As Tribe's GTM Marketing Lead, you own the story extraction and asset creation engine that powers our GTM motion. You sit at the intersection of delivery, sales, and partner relationships — translating what we build into proof points that close deals and co-marketing assets that keep our partners sending us their best opportunities.

This isn't demand gen. This isn't brand marketing. This is a services business where every engagement is custom, every story is earned, and the quality of your assets directly impacts whether we win the next deal or whether our lab partners think of us first when their enterprise accounts need implementation help.

You'll work directly with delivery teams to extract impact stories, with sales to arm them with the proof points they need, and with our partners to create the co-marketing materials that make us easy to sell with. You report to the Head of Partnerships & Marketing with a dotted line to our Head of GTM — you're a bridge function by design.

What You'll Own

Customer storytelling & proof point capture. Sit on customer calls to capture why clients chose Tribe and what value they're seeing in real-time. Debrief delivery leads at key milestones to extract soundbites for partners and proof points for sales. Turn messy project work into crisp narratives before the engagement even finishes.

Sales & delivery enablement. Build case studies, reference decks, ROI one-pagers, competitor battlecards, and proposal support materials. When sales needs a proof point, you deliver it in hours, not weeks.

Partner co-marketing strategy & execution. Create the assets our lab partners need to position us effectively — practice area one-pagers, joint case studies, webinar decks, implementation approach guides. Make it easy for their account teams to say "you should work with Tribe."

Story packaging for multiple audiences. Take one customer success story and slice it three ways — partner version (consumption growth, technical deployment), website version (business transformation), sales version (problem → solution → outcome in one page).

Messaging development. Translate technical delivery into business language. Work with leadership to refine how we talk about our offerings, differentiation, and value.

Systems & infrastructure that scale. Build the repeatable processes that make high-leverage marketing easy. Create a proof point library a sales rep can search in 5 minutes. Work with our designer to build templates that speed up asset creation without sacrificing quality. Design workflows that capture stories consistently. You're building the system that makes asset creation, discovery, and distribution scalable.

About You

Services marketing background. You've worked at a consulting firm, agency, or professional services company where every engagement is different and customer stories have to be earned, not manufactured. You understand the difference between product marketing and services marketing.

Strong editorial judgment. You know what makes a story actually compelling vs. a list of features we delivered. You can spot the insight in a 60-minute delivery debrief and turn it into a narrative that lands.

Cross-functional operator. You're comfortable sitting on client calls, debriefing engineers, working with sales on RFPs, and coordinating with partner teams. You don't need everything translated for you.

Technical fluency (not expertise). You can understand what delivery teams are building without needing a PhD. You know enough about AI, APIs, and enterprise systems to ask the right questions and translate technical work into business outcomes.

High agency & fast execution. You don't wait for creative briefs or approval chains. You see what's needed, build it, and ship it. You treat every asset like it has a deadline.

Outcome-oriented. You measure success by whether your assets help close deals, whether partners are using your materials, and whether sales has what they need. You're not optimizing for pretty decks — you're optimizing for impact.

  • Background in consulting/professional services marketing at firms like Accenture, Deloitte Digital, or high-end boutiques
  • Track record building customer proof programs from scratch
  • Experience working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where you had to create the playbook
