About the Role:

We're looking for a strategic, execution-driven leader to define and drive AI project delivery operations excellence at Tribe AI. As Delivery Operations Lead you'll orchestrate the successful execution and optimization of AI solutions across a range of engagements—from AI-powered application development to strategic consulting.

This role is about more than just managing projects—it's about evolving and optimizing delivery at Tribe AI. You'll develop scalable operational frameworks, refine processes that ensure every engagement meets the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and innovation.

You’ll work cross-functionally with leadership, sales, product, and project teams to create a repeatable, high-impact delivery engine—balancing execution rigor with the agility needed to push the boundaries of AI consulting.

Key responsibilities:

• Implement and continuously improve operational processes for project delivery
• Develop and maintain delivery operations metrics and dashboards
• Identify and implement operational efficiencies across the delivery lifecycle
• Refine SOW processes that enable seamless sales-to-delivery handoffs
• Oversee project margins and financial health while maintaining delivery excellence
• Establish and maintain operational best practices for AI project delivery
• Cross-functional collaboration details with Sales/Marketing

About you:

• 5+ years of operational and delivery experience
• Strong background in operations management, particularly in tech or AI-focused environments
• Experience in implementing and optimizing delivery operations systems and processes
• Proven track record in improving operational efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery
• Excellence in operational management and resource optimization
• Strategic mindset with ability to balance customer outcomes and business objectives
• Outstanding communication skills across technical and business audiences
• Proven ability to build and scale delivery processes in fast-paced environments
