About the Role

We’re hiring a AI Delivery Lead to be the operational backbone of our client engagements.

You will bring structure to ambiguity, keep delivery on track, and help teams execute effectively across complex, fast-moving programs. This role sits at the center of delivery: coordinating stakeholders, maintaining operating cadence, surfacing risks early, and ensuring the work moves forward with clarity and rigor.

Imagine and build the most highly leveraged version of program management in an AI-native world—using AI not simply to recreate traditional Kanban boards, epics, or user-story workflows, but to fundamentally improve how work is structured, coordinated, and executed.

What You’ll do

• Serve as the operational backbone of client engagements

• Create structure, clarity, and momentum across cross-functional teams

• Drive operating cadence across internal and client-facing workstreams

• Track roadmap, Kanban, deliverables, blockers, and workstream health

• Escalate red/yellow risks early, before they become client conversations

• Hold both internal teams and client stakeholders accountable to timelines and commitments

• Coordinate effectively across GMs, product, engineers, and client stakeholders

• Ensure stakeholders have visibility into progress, decisions, and open issues

• Support strong execution from kickoff through ongoing delivery

What this role looks like day to day

• Running internal and client syncs, standups, and backlog grooming sessions

• Following up on open actions and owners

• Managing delivery rhythms, scheduling, and meeting cadences

• Tracking progress across multiple parallel workstreams

• Identifying risks, misalignment, or slippage before they become escalations

• Coordinating across people with different functions and priorities

• Keeping the engagement organized, clear, and moving

What makes someone successful in this role

• Strong operator — highly organized, and comfortable doing the work required to keep delivery moving

• Respected for rigor and follow-through — nothing slips because they didn't chase it down

• Strong program management, project management, or delivery operations experience

• Excellent organizational judgment and follow-through

• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure where little exists

• Ability to coordinate senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams

• Strong written and verbal communication

• High ownership and reliability

• Ability to zoom out to the program level while staying on top of execution details

About You

• 5+ years of delivery, program management, or consulting experience with clear ownership of coordination and delivery cadence.

• Proven track record managing large-scale technical programs — you have personally held accountability for milestones, not just supported someone who did

• Strong consulting or enterprise delivery background and startup experience

• Comfortable operating in client-facing environments where expectations are high and ambiguity is the norm

• Disciplined on governance without being bureaucratic — you know how to run a program without creating overhead that slows the team down

• Clear, honest communicator at the executive level — you lead with signal, not noise, and you can have difficult conversations when delivery is at risk

• Looks at repetitive tasks and is driven for process optimization and automation.
