Tribe is in hyper growth mode. We’re taking on the hardest technical challenges for the biggest companies in the world, and we're building the team to match.
As we bring on hundreds of Forward Deployed Engineers this year, we’re also scaling the complexity of problems and volume of engagements we take on. We needed a leader who could raise the bar across every engagement, and keep building the enduring IP that makes us faster on the next one.
We’re thrilled to announce Pooja Brown as our first Chief Technology Officer.
Pooja is a world class technologist who bridges the gap between AI potential and enterprise reality. She brings deep experience scaling large engineering and product organizations and operationalizing AI into outcomes. Most recently, she was Senior Vice President of Engineering at Flow, Adam Neumann’s real estate technology company and Chief Product & Technical Officer at Honor Education, with executive engineering roles at StitchFix and DocuSign before that. She also co-founded an AI company along the way.
Her appointment reinforces the thesis we founded Tribe with in 2019: winning in the AI era requires elite technical execution from the real experts.
“Tribe has spent years proving that the real advantage in enterprise AI isn’t just access to models, but the technical judgment required to make those models work inside complex operations,” Pooja said. “My focus is entirely on ensuring our technical strategy and forward-deployed teams continue to ship secure, high-value systems that our enterprise partners can build on with absolute confidence.”
Pooja’s appointment is the first move in a broader investment in Tribe’s technical leadership as we grow. As always, we're hiring.
