Tribe is a fulfillment-first company and the Head of Client Services role is critical to ensuring we deliver for our customers at the absolute highest level. In addition to ensuring delivery of excellence, our Head of Client Services’ main objectives are to ensure high customer, network and GM satisfaction. Overseeing all of project delivery, this role will also be responsible for designing technology and process solutions to improve and scale the delivery of services for Tribe. 

You’ll be responsible for:
  • Joining customer kick off conversations to understand customer expectations and monitor weekly project progress to identify barriers, timeline, technical approach 
  • Reviewing all deliverables to ensure consistency and quality standards 
  • Providing strategic direction by monitoring customer satisfaction, industry trends and implementing operational standards
  • Finding ways to standardize the delivery process and deliverables themselves 
  • Applying continuous improvement to existing processes
  • Engaging firsthand with clients during complex situations such as high-level planning, contract signing, or unusual requests to manage expectations and ensure the highest customer delivery 
  • Keeping a sharp eye on customer relationships and step in directly when they reach critical levels
  • Informing executives and relevant partners about any upcoming or potential challenges
  • Taking the lead on strategic initiatives, developing best practices, and ensuring that deadlines and standards are met
  • Leading sales recruiting, onboarding, and talent development

About you
  • You forge relationships quickly and are attuned to customer needs, helping to translate customer requests into product or service requirements 
  • You are a sense maker, able to quickly cut through the noise and think on your feet
  • You are proactive and driven, always pushing projects to completion and adapting to changing customer demands
  • You are a data-driven decision maker and adept at using data to drive internal operations and customer satisfaction
  • You are obsessive about efficiency and love designing process to unlock scale 
  • You have experience overseeing a high volume of projects, client accounts, employees, and activities simultaneously, and are able to maintain a comprehensive vision to steer the company toward its customer satisfaction goals
