Tribe is looking for a Community Manager to support our community of 150+ AI engineers, scientists, and researchers. Our community is the keystone of Tribe and we’re looking to bring on someone to take things to the next level. This role will be the catalyst that enables the community to self-organize via events, forums, and speaker series. They will help organize and structure the community to better support core business functions like network growth, talent vetting, product, and customer success. They will be responsible for day to day network operations, ensuring high network satisfaction and making Tribe the best AI/ML community in the world. 

You’ll be responsible for:
  • Creating and executing on a plan that enables the community to better self-organize around events and areas of interest
  • Working cross-functionally with leadership, content, marketing, customer success, and product to understand how the community can support their goals 
  • Orchestrating events, meetups, and discussions
  • Welcoming and onboarding new members into Tribe 
  • Facilitating Slack conversation to drive member engagement and connection
  • Documenting process, knowledge and resources on our internal community wikis
  • Growing our community and looking for ways to attract the best AI, ML and data talent in the world
